However, in one 2016 episode, things got emotional when Caroline revealed to her children that she had found a lump in her breast. Although the lump was potentially cancerous, an ultrasound revealed that it was shrinking after Caroline administered some antibiotics. Her sister in law Jacqueline Laurita worked on the Real Housewives of New Jersey, along with her sister Dina Manzo. Her brother in law is a world-class celebrity chef who has had his own show. Her Father in Law and the Mafia Responding to allegations that her father-in-law, Albert ‘Tiny’ Manzo, was involved in organized crime, Caroline vehemently defended her father-in-law. She owns a thriving real estate firm in Totowa, New Jersey called 'Opus Properties'. In line with her strong matriarchal tendencies, Caroline also has a line of children’s accessories she calls 4My Mom. The 56-year-old also came up with her own handbag line called Caroline Manzo. Although the handbags have been in production for the past 2 years, they have not been received with much applause.
